Tambay on the mend

A few weeks after suffering from a severe concussion while playing football in the F3 paddock at Spa, Adrien Tambay has slowly but surely regained his top form.
Following doctor’s orders, the Frenchman endured a lengthy rest before getting back to physical training, fine tuning his body and mind with the aim of getting back behind the wheel of his F3 car as soon as possible.
“Everything has been going just fine,” commented the Euro Series F3 junior. “My form is back where it should be although we still have a scanner examination scheduled on the 24th of August, as this is imposed by the FFSA (French Motor Sport Federation) in order to green-light my return to the track.
If everything is in order, I should be racing at Brands Hatch. At this stage, there doesn’t appear to be any reason why that shouldn’t be the case… So we need to be patient but I’m definitely rearing to go !”
